Payment Options

Payment Options Include:

    • DIRECT BANK WIRE Transfer, direct to from Guest Bank Account to Owner Bank Account *done directly at bank)
    • E-TRANSFERS (via Email to:  nikkip@hotmail.ca ) *for Canadian guests
    • CREDIT CARD Services available through online portals using: PayPal  or STRIPE.
    • STRIPE Credit Card Online Invoicing & payments: accepts most major credit cards 3% transaction fee applies.
    • PAYPAL *3.9% Transaction fee applies (*US/CAN/UK country transaction fees may vary)   
    • Transaction fees are subject to change without warning 
  • Individual Booking sites (VRBO, HomeAway, AirBnb etc) *as per booking conditions on each site​, as well initial monies required for 1st payment, and how many payments permitted, may vary from site to site.

For DIRECT PAYMENT OPTIONS  for booking of THE VILLA ESQUIRE:

You must FIRST :

  • Have a firm quote (US Dollar Amount for cost of booking) directly from Nikki for the dates of stay, along with Confirmation from Nikki the Villa is available for your dates of stay.
  • You must also have agreed to all the terms and conditions of The Villa Esquire Booking Forms.  (Current Booking form available upon email from Nikki: nikkip@hotmail.ca or villaesquire@hotmail.com)
  • If adding additional/optional items on afterwards ie. Pool heat, BBQ etc those are not always in the quote unless requested upon initial inquiry.

All Funds  MUST  BE IN  US Dollars, please ensure that US Dollars is selected as you proceed with any online payments.  Thank you!

*guest responsible to pay ALL PayPal transactions fee(s), currently @3.9 % transaction fee – based on total amount being sent.  Plus a flat fixed fee of $0.30 per transaction through PayPal.  *percentage & fees, subject to change without notice solely based on PayPal changing them.
For example:If your total booking cost is $3653.01 USD
PayPal will charge an additional:  $142.77
$3653.01 x 3.9 % = 142.47 
                                   +  0.30  set fee
                                     =======
                                     142.77
Your total payable would be $3795.78 USD

You will only need to enter in a dollar amount once proceeding from here.

*You are always welcome to email me (nikkip@hotmail.ca) or phone me (306.960.1552) prior to making payment of any kind, from any of the Booking sites I use for clarification and confirmation!

We have 2 options for guests to secure bookings,

1st option: Minimum 30% down, with balance split into 2 more payments, with final payment due 90 days before arrival

2nd option: 50% down, and 2nd payment due 70 days before arrival.

All bookings and payments are non-refundable.
